Micro filters remove harmful oil/water condensate, pipe scale, dirt and rust from compressed air systems. Mini micro filters are ideal for use in compact low air flow applications such as small pneumatic equipment, miniature valving and instruments. WARNING: For compressed air service only. Not to be used on life support systems or breathing air systems. Never use polycarbonate plastic bowls on air supplied by a compressor lubricated with synthetic oils or oil containing phosphate esters or chlorinate hydrocarbons. They can carry over into the air distribution systems and chemically attack and possibly rupture the bowls. For these applications use a metal bowl. Materials such as trichloroethylene, acetone, paint thinner or cleaning fluids will craze and/ or rupture a polycarbonate bowl. When these materials are present either inside or outside the bowl, use metal bowls. For more complete list of known harmful chemicals check instruction sheet.
