How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

Orders received before 2 PM (CST) are processed the same business day; those after 2 PM (CST) are processed the next business day. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process before leaving the warehouse. Credit card orders may take 2-3 days for settlement. Orders received on Friday ship on Monday.

What payment methods are accepted on the site?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, wire transfers, and checks.

When are purchases charged to my payment method?

Credit cards are charged immediately upon placing an order, even if the order doesn't ship the same day.

Is free shipping offered, and what are its limitations?

Free shipping applies to qualifying products shipped to the lower 48 states. However, additional charges may apply for lift gate delivery or rural addresses. Free LTL Freight doesn't include specific accessorial services or residential/limited access fees. Extra freight charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

What are the standard shipping carriers, and is a signature always required?

Products under 150 lbs typically ship via FedEx Ground. UPS and FedEx Ground deliveries generally don't require a signature unless requested, and packages may be left at the location. A signature may be required for orders over $500.

How do I place an international order?

To place an international order, please request a shipping quote first. Send an email to ats@alltiresupply.com

In your email, include:

  • Complete shipping address (including country and postal code)
  • Product part number(s)
  • Product description
  • Quantity of each item

Once we receive your request, we’ll review the details and reply with a custom quote within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available carriers will be included.

After you approve the quote, we’ll process your order and send you tracking information once it ships.

Who is responsible for international shipping fees and duties?

The receiver/customer is solely responsible for all international fees, duties, and taxes, which must be settled for customs release.

What is the shipping process for large or heavy items?

Products over 150 lbs, or those prone to damage with standard parcel carriers (e.g., service jacks), will ship via Freight (LTL - Less-Than-Truckload).

Are there any additional charges for specific delivery services?

For free LTL Freight, additional charges may apply for specific services like liftgate delivery, call-before-delivery, or deliveries to residential/limited access addresses. Customers can avoid these by arranging pickup at a nearby terminal.

What is the product warranty policy?

All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. All Tire Supply isn't responsible for product failures or installation issues, nor for shipping costs unless due to our error. Altered items are not eligible for return or warranty support. We facilitate manufacturer warranty decisions.

How do I process a return or request a refund?

Refunds are applicable based on our terms and conditions. For specific steps on initiating a return or the conditions for a refund, please refer to our complete policies or contact customer service.

What happens if there's an error in product pricing or description?

In the event of incorrect pricing or information, All Tire Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders. If your payment method has already been charged for such an order, a credit will be issued.
