The combination of the articulating Robo-Arm, the right side RoboRoller, and the Coats Steel Leverless Duckhead simplifies even the most difficult tire and wheel assemblies. This eliminates the need for additional labor to service these applications. The 90X will be your complete go-to machine.
The 90X drive system is offered with a variable air motor or the new two-speed electric motor. The new two-speed electric motor has a rotating speed of 10 and 20 CW / 10 CCW. The base speed is beneficial for difficult tire assemblies. The high speed is beneficial for everyday tire assemblies.

RoboRoller: Provides additional power when mounting difficult tire assemblies. Keeping the bead in the drop center, the RoboRoller prevents the bead from rolling back over the mount tool. This becomes especially important when working on low-profile passenger car tires, high-performance passenger car tires, or stiff sidewall light duty truck tires.
Robo-Arm: Articulating assist arm that provides direct pressure to create a bead lock and keep the bead in the drop center during the tire mount process
Grip Max Plus Clamps / Coats Exclusive: Built-in protective inserts provide rim protection, with no separate plastic covers to get lost or forgotten. 100% constant protection and twice the slip resistance than traditional clamps.
Bead Loosener - Hand Actuated: Offers point of use controls to the technician, providing a direct line of sight, reducing the risk of wheel damage. The complete power in, power out and stop control design eliminates cylinder travel time, with the shovel moving only as much as required, increasing productivity.
