ATS's Return Policy
Solution
No merchandise may be returned without prior approval of ATS Company and a Returned Goods Authorization number issued. A minimum handling charge of 10% will be made on all returned goods where no error on the part of ATS Company is involved or goods are not defective. Discontinued or obsolete inventory is the responsibility of the purchaser.
All special orders placed are subject to final approval by ATS Co. and may be subject to additional charges per conditions of items ordered to cover extra costs such as single item orders and freight chargers. Orders cancelled by the buyer after order is placed may be subject to re-stocking charges.
Return policy on equipments are depends on individual mfg. policy.
