PROTECTS WHEELS FROM SCRATCHES DURING SERVICE

• Motorcycle clamps have full plastic protection (replaceable plastic jaws).
• Specially designed mount head (duckhead) for motorcycle tires prevents excessive stress on rim and tire bead.
• Plastic booties snap onto the duckhead roller for complete mounting and dismounting protection (available Fall 1997)
• Bead loosener pad is extended away from the chassis for sprocket and brake disc clearance. Fu ll length rubber pad assures rim protection.
• Air pressure regulator provides adjustment to ma tch clamp force to wheel strength.

ACCURACY

• Self-centering clamps insure a balanced load on the rim for safe "on-center"" rim clamping. Slow moving clamps help reduced rim damage.
• Rigid structural support of the of the swing arm and duckhead helps reduce rim damage.

DURABILITY

• Robust American design. Oversized pivots and a fixed mounted air gauge assures long life.
• The exclusive "X" shaped table top with a cast iron cradle assures support for the toughest tires.
• Fiber reinforced composite air cylinders virtually never wear out of fail due to corrosion.
• Precision air gauge is adjustable and is protect ed by a molded Lexan lens.

EASE-OF-USE

• Foot pedal actuated inflation valve leaves hands free.
• Handy location of lube applicator encourages pr oper tire service procedures.
• Manual swing arm design positions the tool head at the 3 o'clock position to insure operator control during the critical mounting and demounting of expensive tire/rim combinations.
