Do not use a high speed buffer to remove an injury or buff the innerliner, as it could burn or scorch the rubber, causing more damage to the tire than the injury you are trying to repair. Only 1/4 in. diameter Jacobs Chuck available, and both have service pressure of 90 to 150 psi. Make sure you use cutters and stones that are certified for high speed use.
