The 47-113 Magnum is effective in seating the beads on wheel sizes 24" trough 54". Used properly, this unit will seat the bead on virtually all tractor and heavy equipment tires. The 47-113 can be used in the shop with the necessary parts when the tire is horizontal or vertical, as a field unit where the tires remain on the equipment.
With the optional actuator system (large photo) the 47-113 can be completely discharged in a fraction of a second with a simple twist of the small valve.
The new aluminum tank is another option. A 50% weight savings is achieved comparing our aluminum tanks to the standard steel tank. Smaller capacity units are also available.
The 47-113 is a portable unit that can seat the bead on the vehicle from either the left or right side (as shown in Fig. A).
When seating the bead in the shop with the tire and wheel in the horizontal position the 47-113 is held at a 45 degree angle for discharge (as shown in Fig. B).
Both the Magnum II and Standard Barrels are included with the 47-113 (as shown in Fig. C.). The Magnum barrel is used for larger tires 24" to 54" and the Standard barrel is used on 24" and smaller.
