Wheel Service Equipment Limited Warranty
McCourt Industries warrants all of the Corghi wheel service equipment described below. All machines are fit for normal use and are free from defects in materials and workmanship when these products leave the control of McCourt Industries.

*Air chucks, hoses, gauges and all non-consumable soft parts are warranted for 90 days.
All warranties shall commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or when put into use, which ever is earlier. Further, all warranties apply only to defects in materials and workmanship existing when the product leaves the control of McCourt Industries/Corghi which are discovered and reported to McCourt Industries/Corghi within the warranty period of specified above.
The exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty shall be the repair or replacement, at the option of McCourt Industries/Corghi, of any defective part or parts, free of charge including labor per the above schedule, by the designated McCourt Industries/Corghi Authorized Service Center. This warranty shall not apply when the failure is caused by the purchaser's misuse, abuse, and neglect or by unauthorized alternations or repairs. McCourt Industries/Corghi will not be responsible for loss of business or wages due to a product failure during the warranty period. This warranty applies only to equipment sold and used in the United States.
This warranty shall not apply to regular maintenance required in the ordinary course of use of the above specified products, ordinary wear and tear or items or supplies ordinarily used up, consumed or worn out in the normal course of use of the products specified above, such as wheel protectors, boots, nylon mount/demount head, mount/demount head inserts and bead loosing pads.
McCourt Industries/Corghi reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements to its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products previously manufactured. Correction of defects by repair or replacement shall be the exclusive remedy under this warranty and shall satisfy all warranty obligations on the part of McCourt Industries/Corghi.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. This warranty is in lieu of any express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of any purpose and of any other obligation on the part of the seller. Under no circumstances shall McCourt Industries/Corghi be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
McCourt Industries/Corghi neither assume nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability other than as herein expressly stated.
