IBL Systems is owned by CEMB an Italian company. Luigi Buzzi established CEMB, in 1946 to design and manufacture balancing equipment for several different industries. From its inception and still today CEMB has been a wholly owned family run business. Today CEMB is the leading manufacture of wheel and industrial balancing equipment in the world.
In Oct. 1978 CEMB formed BL Systems Inc. and began manufacturing in the U.S. in Norcross, Ga. During that period CEMB manufactured only private labels such as AMMCO and PHOENIX. In Jan. 1999 BL Systems began to build its own sales and service organization to market a new line from CEMB under the name FOCUS
