White Walling Manual Application Procedure
1. Wash and clean the tire using soap and water and the Hand Scrub AAP-04062 to remove dirt and mud from the tire. Let tire dry.

2. Mark the selected area with a marker pen

3. Spray the area with Pre-Buff Cleaner AAP-117PB. This will help push out the residue out of the tire.

4. Buff the area using a low speed buffer 68-650. Please be extremely careful not to buff too deep, make sure you just scratch the surface.

5. Remove excess residue from buffed area using the “Toothbrush” style cleaning brush AAP-04042.

6. Soak rag in White Waller Cleaner AAP-155AC.

7. Clean the selected area with wet rag. Let area dry.

8. Apply the Elastomer Sealant AAP-171ES with Elastomer Sealant Applicator Brush to selected area. Wait 30 minutes for this to dry or until it turns glossy clear

9. Apply base coat AAP161 using a white waller brush. If the base coat is too thick, add a small amount of White Waller Quick Dry Paint Thinner AAP-177VM . Let dry for 30 minutes.

10. Apply another coat of base coat AAP161 and let sit for 30 minutes or until dry.

11. Apply top coat AAP162 using a different white waller brush and let sit for 30 minutes or until dry.

12. Pour some Tire Paint Thinner Cleaner AAP-168TC-G in a cleaner container AACC1 and clean brushes.
